Our team will review your documents and email you a quote. Click the “Accept Quote” button in this email to continue the process. Then click on the payment link (or use the QD code) to pay for the translation. We start working on your project once we receive payment. If the translation contains errors, you may need to have the document translated again at your expense. The MCC does not provide refunds for translations of documents that do not meet the MCC translation requirements and are not accepted by the MCC. The MCC does not pre-review documents to determine if they are acceptable.”
If the Medical Council of Canada rejects your documents due to a mistranslation or formatting issue, ITC Group will correct the errors at no extra charge. If you notice any issues with your translation, do NOT edit the PDF yourself. Instead, contact the project manager who delivered your completed translation and they will send you a corrected PDF.
How do I prepare my documents for submission to the Medical Council of Canada?
We are an MCC partner that provides translation for medical credentials, passports and other documents based on MCC requirements. However, we cannot help you with other aspects related to MCC submissions, assessments or examinations. Head to their website for details about preparing your documents for submission.
