Translation request for MCC

ITC Translations has partnered with the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) to deliver translations that meet their requirements.
Fees charged by ITC vary depending on the number of pages in the document that you wish to have translated, and the source language.

To get started and get a price quote, you must submit your document using the form below.

  • Step 1: Fill in the form

Enter your contact information: full name of the person whose documents are being translated (as written on their passport), email, phone number, address, and country.

Select the language(s) of the original documents and the language(s) into which you want the documents translated. Then upload the documents. If your files are too large, please email them to us at mcc@itctraductionscanada.ca, after submitting this form.

  • Step 2: Review submitted information

After submitting the form, you’ll get an automated email summary of your request. If you see any errors (for example, a misspelled name), reply to this email with the corrections to be made.

  • Step 3: Review the quote

Next, we’ll email you a quote. Click on “Accept quote” if you want to launch the translation or “Reject quote” if you don’t want to continue the project.
Note that we send quotes Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Quotes are not sent automatically.

  • Step 4: Pay for the translation

After accepting the quote, use the link in the email or the QR code on the PDF to pay. Once we receive payment, we’ll start translating your documents and deliver them to you within 10 business days.

Our team will review your documents and email you a quote. Click the “Accept Quote” button in this email to continue the process. Then click on the payment link (or use the QD code) to pay for the translation. We start working on your project once we receive payment. After you approve our quote, click on the link or use the QR code in the quote email to pay for your translation via credit card. We do not start translating your project until we receive payment.

We deliver your project within 10 business days after we receive payment.

Once we finish translating your documents, we will email you a PDF that meets Medical Council of Canada (MCC) requirements. It contains the translation, a copy of your original documents and a certificate from the translator. Do not make any edits in this PDF or MCC will reject it.

If all sections of your document have both French or English and another language, you do not need to have it translated.

According to their website, “The MCC is not responsible for any costs associated with translations. If the translation contains errors, you may need to have the document translated again at your expense. The MCC does not provide refunds for translations of documents that do not meet the MCC translation requirements and are not accepted by the MCC. The MCC does not pre-review documents to determine if they are acceptable.”

If the Medical Council of Canada rejects your documents due to a mistranslation or formatting issue, ITC Group will correct the errors at no extra charge. If you notice any issues with your translation, do NOT edit the PDF yourself. Instead, contact the project manager who delivered your completed translation and they will send you a corrected PDF.

We are an MCC partner that provides translation for medical credentials, passports and other documents based on MCC requirements. However, we cannot help you with other aspects related to MCC submissions, assessments or examinations. Head to their website for details about preparing your documents for submission.
