ITC partners with WPML to offer clients transparent translation of their websites via WordPress

ITC Translations announces its official partnership with WPML (WordPress multilingual plugin) for website localisation and translation via the WordPress platform. As of today, ITC clients with a website built on the WordPress CMS (content management system) can download the WPML plugin to facilitate the translation of their site.

WordPress currently powers more than one third of the websites around the world but, unlike its competitors, it does not have a built-in translation process. This is why WPML, a product of OnTheGoSystems, is now the most popular translation plugin.

“Nowadays, for a company to develop internationally, a translated and localised website is key,” states Céline Imbaud, founder and president of ITC Translations. “Nonetheless, it’s a complex process that entails much more than translating content. So, a plugin like WPML simplifies this process, from quote, to project management, to delivery, thanks to the link created between the client and ITC’s professional linguists.”

To use WPML, simply download the plugin, then install it in WordPress. Clients then select the languages they wish to add to their website, and the information is relayed directly from WPML to ITC. In the plugin dashboard, clients simply select the pages they want to translate, then the plugin sends them directly to our teams for translation. The translated pages are sent right back into the plugin. WPML then automatically integrates the translated content into the website.
